Per hour, 2 hour minimum ($80) within Montgomery, Elmore and Autauga Counties, Alabama

In-person interpreting at the USCIS building in Montgomery. Cash in advance.

Per hour; travel extra

Travel expenses are calculated from my home office to the site of interpreting, round trip. Parking and meals will also be reimbursed by the client.

ID cards, credential cards, birth certificates, divorce and marriage certificates, simple diplomas

Per document charge. Certification of third-party translations; notarization of any type of document.

Registration and ceremony for civil marriage performed in my home office. Other fees will be paid at the courthouse when filed.

Pricing changes based on turnaround time and the number of speakers: 

• Standard Turnaround (3–5 days): $1.50 – $2.50 per audio      minute.
• Rush Turnaround (1–2 days): $2.25 – $3.50 per audio      minute.
• Multiple Speakers or Complex      Audio: $3.00 –      $5.00 per audio minute (e.g., medical or legal dictations, heavy      background noise, or 3+ speakers).

If the audio file requires translating into another language, you can expect significantly higher rates, as this requires both transcribing and translating. 

• Per Audio Minute: 2-3 times the standard audio      minute rate depending on number of speakers, complexity of vocabulary      (medical, legal, academic, etc.), presence of slang or specialty vocabulary.
